God Has Raised the House!
The wonderful news is that we have a contract to purchase a 3700 sq. ft. home in Greeley that will be able to house two single mothers and their children - plus serve as a ministry center for New Beginnings and Leaps & Bounds - all for only $187,000!
The property is on a large corner lot and includes a privacy-fenced yard where we can develop some areas of seclusion. There is also plenty of room to build a playground area outside of the present fencing.
The home is in good condition and only needs paint, egress windows and a ceiling in the basement, and furnishings. There are a few other touches that would help make this a very attractive home.
It has been the desire of The Genesis Project to provide a home in a safe neighborhood that will give the women it serves a sense of worth.
After a prayerful search for such a facility, we know that this is the right house, and God has raised it up for this ministry.

Information about the House
This is a very attractive ranch style home with a full basement and a two car garage on approximately 0.31 acres. It presently has four bedrooms, two full bathrooms, one three-quarter bath and one half bath. The home was built in 1977 in Westmoor Acres subdivision. Another room 38 feet by 25 feet was added on later to accommodate an arthritic mother who was confined to a wheelchair for a total square footage of 3717. This is an excellent room for our Leaps & Bounds Children's Ministry. The home is located close to Shawsheen Elementary School, parks, shopping and bus lines with easy access to Highway 34. The purchase includes central air conditioning, electric range/self-cleaning oven, dishwasher, freezer, garage door opener, satellite dish and TV antenna. |

What will you do?
This is a prosperous nation and God has blessed many of us with financial abundance for a purpose -- to share with those in need. Debt free facility
Our Guiding Principles do dictate that we purchase a debt-free facility and, to that end, we have established a building fund for those of you who wish to have donations designated for the facility. In Transition
The Genesis Project moved New Beginnings and Leaps & Bounds Ministries at the beginning of March. The ministries are currently meeting at 4428 W. 5th Street in Greeley until we can move into our permanent home.
Carrie Adolf is leading New Beginnings support ministry and is currently teaching on Boundaries With Children every other week. Carrie hosts a hang out and ministry time with the moms on opposite weeks.
Matt and Aubrey Grieser have accepted leadership of our Leaps & Bounds Children's Ministry, and along with Kacy and DeeDee Wilbanks are taking the children to a higher level of teaching and fun. The children are excited about coming back each week, and bringing their friends.
